ARK Ministries provides services — including Kids’ Clubs, Summer Camps, Daycare, and Family Events — to children and caregivers affected by parental incarceration. Registration for any program is subject to eligibility criteria and verification by ARK staff.

By providing your contact information, including your email address and phone number, through our registration forms or contact forms, you agree that we may contact you for administrative and service-related purposes, including program updates, event notifications, and service announcements.

4. SMS Notifications and Consent

If you provide your mobile phone number on our registration or contact forms, you expressly consent to receive text messages (SMS) from ARK Ministries. These messages may include:

Program updates and announcements
Event reminders
Account and registration notifications
Program alerts and appointment reminders
Reminders to complete required paperwork or forms

Opt-In: By submitting your phone number on any of our contact or registration forms, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from us. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of registration for any program.
